The ZONE is an inspiring community where you are motivated, supported, and celebrated through a unique fitness experience. Our classes are designed for every level of fitness, age, and goal type. We utilize a variety of training modalities that include functional exercises, core training, cardio strength training, and interval training.

Intended for all fitness levels, our workouts are NEVER boring! NEVER the same! NEVER repeated! Using our heart rate monitoring system, you can see your results in real time! Each class will utilize spin bikes, ski rowers, weights, and boxing to give you a complete workout! ​Continue to burn calories even after your workout is over!
