What is The ZONE?
The ZONE is a small group personal training program that utilizes individual heart rate monitors to provide real-time data as you progress through a fun and engaging workout. Each class is designed to target a specific training zone that is scientifically proven to boost metabolism, increase energy levels, and enable more calorie expenditure 36 hours after the workout is over!
A motivating coach will lead you through an exhilarating workout in a club-like atmosphere that will utilize plyometrics, strength training, and boxing to keep your body guessing every minute of the class. No two workouts are ever the same and each workout is uniquely tailored to challenge fitness levels of all kind.
